How Dr. Patil works
Dr. Patil starts with you, not just your symptom. He looks at your concern across five dimensions (body, energy, mind, understanding and inner peace), an approach called Five-Dimensional Healing or Pancha Kosha Healing, and builds a personal plan using the right tools for each dimension.
These tools include lifestyle medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, mind-body medicine, CBT, yoga, Ayurveda and naturopathy, used together with appropriate medical evaluation.
